We Support FFA
The NW Ag Show Ohio believes in encouraging and promoting the next generation of farmers and industry leaders. We strive to find new ways to increase the visibility of the FFA Organization at the show and throughout the year.
Our annual Equipment Contest provides stage for students to showcase their fabrication talents and earn prize money for their chapter. Thanks to our board of directors and several of our exhibitors, we award $2000 in prize money each year.
The Travel Scholarship Program was set up to help offset the cost of transporting FFA chapters and ag classes to the show because we like to see those blue & gold jackets on the show floor and believe the way to get students excited about the industry is to give them hands-on experiences. Over $3000 is set aside each year to help chapters from all over the northwest afford to participate in our show; some from as far away as 300 miles!
